Please note, only the freshest, highest-quality flowers find their way into our arrangements. Some of these blooms arrive in bud form, a deliberate choice that extends their lifespan, ensuring you have more time to revel in their beauty.

· Unwrap flowers within 48 hours of receiving them.

· Fill a clean vase two-thirds full with tepid water; add flower food if provided.

· Cut stems at a 45° angle, about 5cm from the end, using sharp scissors or secateurs.

· Remove any foliage that will be submerged in water.

· Place your flowers in a cool, well-lit area away from direct sunlight, drafts, heat sources, and ripening fruit.

· For optimal care, change water, trim stems, and clean the vase twice a week.

· Promptly remove faded blooms and foliage to encourage new buds to open.

· Keep foam containers topped up with water.

· Ensure flowers and foliage are kept out of reach of pets and children for safety.
