As winter settles in, our Florist Choice Bouquet is taking on a new look — one inspired by the season’s rich textures, frosted tones and festive berries. We’ve given this much-loved design a gentle transformation, reflecting everything we adore about the colder months: depth, warmth and a touch of woodland charm. (November 2025 - 3 minute read)

At The Floral Boutique, we’ve given our beloved Florist Choice Bouquet a seasonal makeover—introducing berries, textured foliage and deeper contrasts so it not only looks beautiful, but feels like the season in bloom.

Why berries and texture matter this time of year

In winter especially, we shift away from the bright pastels of summer and move towards richer hues, more sculptural shapes and elements that reflect the Island landscape in winter. Berries deliver that pop of colour—think deep reds, purples, maybe even dusky blues—while tactile foliage and seed pods bring in texture: the kind your eye and your fingers want to linger on over and over again.

By combining them with the freshest seasonal flowers (as our Florist Choice range always does) we capture that sense of time and place: the woodland floor, the frost-hovering branch, the beautiful hush of winter mornings on the marshes behind our Studio.
